Terms and Conditions

  • We are basically travel and holiday organizers. We do not own any airline other modes of transportation like shipping railway, motor, buses, coaches and hotels. We take utmost care in selecting all the ingredients for making your holiday a comfortable one. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, personal harm, death of damage to the person or property which may be caused by the act or default of the management or employees of any independent contractor and arising outside our normal selection and inspection process.

  • Tour itinerary, tour price, hotels are always subject to change. If we are aware of these changes sufficiently beforehand, we will inform you in advance. Otherwise, our local representative will inform you the changes while on tour.

  • We reserve the right to alter the price quoted in our proposal / brochure in case of supplier rate fluctuations, changes in various taxes, fuel costs, before the date of departure. Any such increase in price must be paid for in full before the tour commencement by the passenger. In exceptional cases any increase in price on the tour must be paid in full by the passenger on tour.

  • Passengers will have to abide by the check in and check out times of the hotels. Early arrivals and late departures should be adjusted by the guests themselves. All the baggage and personal belongings of the passengers should be taken care of by themselves. We will not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss of such items from the hotel rooms during the passengers stay.

Mode of Payment:

For any tour confirmation, 50% of the total estimated cost has to be paid and balance amount has to be paid 15 days before the commencement of the tour. If full payment is not paid in time, Happy Travworld reserves the right to cancel the booking with subsequent loss of advance amount. In case, any guest is booking the tour within 15 days of the commencement of the tour, he will have to pay full amount by cash or demand draft only.
There shall not arise any contract between us and the guest until we receive the initial tour advance amount. The bookings will be processed only after the advance amount is paid. 
In case of dishonored cheques, passengers will have to pay Rs.500/- for every such dishonor. A cheque dishonor is an offence under the negotiable Instruments Act and we reserve the right to take any legal action as may be advised.

  • Passenger’s signature on the booking form or paying advance / registration amount shall mean acceptance in totality of the ‘Terms and Conditions’ contained herein by the passenger/s. In case of one or more, but not all passengers signing the ‘Booking Form’, it shall be deemed that the others have duly authorised the concerned signing passenger/s.
  • Under certain circumstances and for the comfort and convenience of the passengers, we have the right to change the tour itinerary and all such amendments will be intimated to the passengers prior to their departure or before the start of the tour. In the event that a passenger misses any part of the sight seeing due to delay or any other such unforeseen circumstances, he will not be entitled to claim refund for the same.

Cancellation charges:

More than 30 days


29 -7 days

25% of the total tour cost.

6 – 1 day

75% of the total tour cost.

With in one day of the departure of the tour: 

No Refund

Refunds if any, for amendments and / or cancellations will be paid directly to the passengers by the company strictly by 'A/C Payee' Cheque. No refund will be payable, for any unused portion of the tour / services, due to whatsoever reason. Jurisdiction – all disputes pertaining to the tour and accommodation booked by us and any claim arising there under is subject to Hyderabad jurisdiction only.
